The C.L.A.R.I.T.Y. Process™

Welcome to the C.L.A.R.I.T.Y. Process™ — a resource designed to offer steady insight and a broader view, one you can return to again and again. Sometimes, simply reading with presence is enough to create subtle shifts. When you're ready, the journaling prompts and body cues invite clarity to surface from within.

And if you feel called to go deeper — to be met, witnessed, and supported in real time — you're invited to book Clarity Live call.

There’s no pressure — only a gentle opening. Your timing, your pace, your choice.

Your Clarity Live facilitator is here when you're ready.

Please Note: The C.L.A.R.I.T.Y. Process™ is designed to support personal reflection and growth. It is not a substitute for professional mental health care. If you experience overwhelming emotions or distress during this process, please consider reaching out to a licensed therapist or mental health professional for additional support.

First Things First

Set aside some quiet time for this process. Maybe light a candle, play calming music, or settle into a familiar space. Then pause.

Imagine you’ve been carrying a heavy backpack — filled with expectations, past stories, fears, defenses, and the pressure to “figure it all out.” We often carry these weights unconsciously, believing they’ll protect or prepare us.

Now… set that backpack down — just for now.

You’re not being asked to release it forever. You can fetch it later if you need to. But for this process, give yourself the freedom to explore without the extra weight.

Take a breath. There’s nothing you need to fix right now.

Begin anew. Let this be a blank slate — not a redo (which implies failure), but a fresh start. A space to witness, explore, and remember who you are beneath the noise and layers.

Why this process, in this order?

The C.L.A.R.I.T.Y. Process™ follows a natural progression — from grounded awareness to gentle transformation. You begin by claiming your experience, then listening to what arises without judgment. This opens space to allow deeper truth, recognize inner strength, invite aligned possibilities, trust your deeper knowing, and finally yield to what’s unfolding. It’s not a strict sequence, but a spiral — each step softening and preparing you for the next, creating space for clarity to emerge at your own pace.

What is the C.L.A.R.I.T.y. Process?

Once you've set down what no longer needs to be carried, you're ready to begin.

The C.L.A.R.I.T.Y. Process™ invites you to honor every part of your experience as meaningful — even the uncertain, the uncomfortable, and the unresolved. This is about listening with your inner ears, reflecting with compassion, and integrating what’s ready to shift.

Each of the seven pillars in this Process is thoughtfully attuned to one of the seven chakras — energy centers that reflect the body’s emotional, spiritual, and psychological dimensions. These chakra-aligned pillars offer a full-spectrum path back to your true nature. Rooted in wisdom and guided by your own inner awareness, this Process supports you through the complexity of the human journey — helping you meet discomfort with curiosity, transform resistance into insight, and reclaim your power with grace, no matter where life finds you.

Lets’s begin ~

The C.L.A.R.I.T.Y. Process

Seven heart-centered pillars guiding a process of self-inquiry—meeting you where you are, expanding your perspective, and opening the way to what’s possible.

C — Claim

How to Use This Pillar:
Choose one specific situation you want clarity on — it could be a challenge, a stuck pattern, or a current life transition. This step is about accepting where you are without judgment, so you can begin from a place of truth and personal agency.

Claim the Experience:
Take full ownership of the moment, circumstance, challenge, or relationship you’re in — not to blame yourself, but to root yourself in agency.

Root Chakra Insight:
When life feels shaky or uncertain, consciously claiming your experience makes peace with where you are. The root connects you to a deeper sense of belonging — reminding you that even in unfamiliar territory, you are held and supported.

Body Cue:
Feel your feet on the ground. Notice the support beneath you — a chair, the earth, the floor. Let yourself land. Remind your body: It’s safe to be here.

Temporary Mantra:
This experience is here to serve me in some way, even if I don’t yet know how.

Journal Reflection:
What if you are where you’re meant to be — for meaningful reasons, even if it’s challenging and not yet fully clear?
Where have you noticed even subtle signs of movement or improvement, in this area or beyond?
What no longer holds the same power over you that it once did?

Example:
Someone is going through a tough transition—maybe they just left a job or ended a relationship—and everything feels messy and uncertain. They don’t have all the answers and still feel stuck sometimes. But instead of pushing those feelings away, they pause and say, “Okay, this is where I am right now.”

They start to notice small things—a kind text from a friend, a moment where they didn’t feel overwhelmed, or a little bit of hope sneaking in. It’s not perfect or clear yet, but it’s something.

They wonder if maybe, just maybe, this confusing, hard place is exactly where they need to be—even if it doesn’t feel that way all the time. And they see that some old worries or fears, like “I’m supposed to have it all figured out,” aren’t as heavy as they used to be.

Claiming the experience doesn’t fix everything, but it helps them stop struggling so much. It’s a messy, imperfect step toward healing and figuring out what’s next.

L — Listen

How to Use This Pillar:
Once you’ve named your situation, turn inward. Let your emotions, thoughts, and body sensations speak freely. Don’t try to interpret or organize — just notice what’s present. This is about gathering, not solving.

Listen to What Arises:
Tune in to your emotions, instincts, and unspoken truths — without judgment, censorship, shame, or blame. Let it all surface.

Sacral Chakra Insight:
This is the seat of emotion and raw feeling. When you stop editing your inner experience and let it surface fully, you open the floodgates to movement, creativity, and emotional clarity.

Body Cue:
Notice where emotion is living in your body right now. Is there a tightness, flutter, heaviness, or pull? Breathe into that space. Let it speak. Let it feel.

Temporary Mantra:
I welcome it all — the beautiful, the uncomfortable, and the unseen.

Journal Reflection:
Without overthinking, make a bulleted list of everything crowding your mind. Include overwhelming thoughts, emotions, limiting beliefs, and any surprising insights or moments of clarity that show up along the way.

Example:
Someone takes a quiet moment to turn inward, noticing what’s happening inside without trying to solve or judge. They feel a flutter or tension somewhere in their body and allow thoughts and feelings to come freely. Their mental list includes:

  • Stress about a current challenge or deadline

  • Doubts about their abilities or decisions

  • Feeling disconnected from important relationships

  • Small moments of excitement or hope about the future

  • Guilt about things left undone or relationships neglected

  • Surprise at unexpected feelings like tiredness or frustration

  • A quiet wish for more balance or peace

  • The urge to write down their feelings to better understand them

  • Physical sensations like tightness or heaviness in the body

By simply listening and naming these thoughts and sensations without editing, they feel a little less overwhelmed—creating space for clearer insight and emotional movement.

A — Allow

How to Use This Pillar:
Here, you invite yourself to face the full picture — not just the parts you prefer. Allow space for reality to reveal itself, including uncomfortable truths, fears, and possibilities. This step deepens self-awareness by softening resistance.

Allow More Truth:
Let yourself see things as they are — not how you wish they were, or how you fear they might become. Let the full spectrum of possibilities rise to the surface: the worst-case, the best-case, and everything in between. Clarity begins when you stop resisting reality and begin allowing truth, in all its shades, to come forward.

Solar Plexus Chakra Insight:
Here lives your fire — your instinct, your knowing. Allowing truth to rise without resistance helps you reclaim power, clarify influence, and surrender what was never yours to carry.

Body Cue:
Bring your attention from the active mind down into your belly — your gut, your power center. Breathe gently into this space, letting your awareness settle. No need to fix or force anything. Simply allow your breath to soften resistance and trust that truth reveals itself in its own time.

Temporary Mantra:
I allow the full truth of this moment to surface — with courage, clarity, and compassion.

Journal Reflection:
Name what’s present without judgment. What’s the current worst-case scenario your mind is imagining? What’s the most realistic best-case? Now, allow space for something in between — a grounded possibility that holds both truth and hope.

Notice how well your current life matches who you are right now. On a scale from 1 to 5, where 1 is “I don’t know what the heck is happening” and 5 is “this is a perfect match,” where do you land?

From that place of honesty, reflect on what you’d change if you could. What do you have influence over? What feels out of your hands? Let the answers come without pressure or problem-solving — simply allow them to be seen.

Finally, ask yourself: What would relief feel like right now? What’s standing in the way? Allow your truth to rise gently, in its own time.

Example:
Someone sits quietly with the discomfort of a big uncertainty—maybe about work, relationships, or life direction. Without judging themselves, they name what’s present:

  • Worst-case: Losing stability or feeling stuck with no clear path forward.

  • Best-case: Finding an opportunity or solution that feels meaningful and aligned.

  • In-between: Landing somewhere that covers essentials but still leaves room to explore what truly matters.

On a scale from 1 to 5, they realize their current life feels like a 2 or 3—somewhere out of sync but not without hope.

They think about what they can influence—small steps like reaching out to others or learning new skills—and what’s out of their control, like timing or other people’s decisions.

They ask themselves what relief would feel like right now—a moment of calm, steady progress, or renewed energy—and notice fear, impatience, or resistance lingering.

Instead of pushing these feelings away, they allow them to be there, gently softening resistance. This openness helps them reclaim a sense of power and see their situation with more compassion and clarity.

R — Recognize

How to Use This Pillar:
Look back at what this experience has shown you — not just the difficulty, but the strength it’s called forth. This is where transformation begins: recognizing insight and inner resources that may have gone unnoticed.

Recognize Resources Within:
See challenges and contrast not just as obstacles, but as sources of insight, strength, and integration. Pain, when met with compassion, becomes a powerful teacher.

Heart Chakra Insight:
Compassion is the alchemy of this space. When you meet your challenges with presence instead of judgment, they become doorways to integration — uniting scattered parts of yourself into something whole.

Body Cue:
Feel your heartbeat — steady, alive, present. Let this reminder of your life-force soften you. Let it awaken a sense of presence, connection, and quiet compassion for yourself.

Temporary Mantra:
Before I let this go, I honor what it has revealed and awakened in me.

Journal Reflection:
What are you ready to let go of?
What is no longer serving your well-being, even if it's hard to admit?
First, what have these challenges and contrasts clarified for you?
What can you genuinely thank them for?
What inner resources or strengths have they helped you uncover?

Example:
Someone looks back on a challenging period filled with stress, setbacks, or difficult relationships. They realize they’re ready to let go of old habits or beliefs that no longer serve them—even if it’s uncomfortable to admit.

They recognize that these struggles have clarified what truly matters: maybe setting boundaries, asking for support, or taking better care of themselves. Though the challenges were painful, they can thank these experiences for revealing their resilience and deeper self-awareness.

They notice strengths they hadn’t fully seen before—like patience, courage to be vulnerable, or the ability to forgive themselves. Feeling their heartbeat steady, they honor how these lessons have shaped them and begin to soften resistance toward the changes ahead.

I — Invite

How to Use This Pillar:
With new space opened up, consider what you’re ready to welcome in — new thoughts, feelings, actions, or possibilities. It’s not about doing something big right away. Just notice what feels alive, meaningful, or aligned.

Invite What’s Ready:
Welcome new opportunities, authentic expression, and fresh possibilities into the space you’ve created by releasing what no longer serves you. Even if there’s some hesitation, remind yourself: it’s okay to be curious. It’s safe to explore. You don’t have to rush — just begin by allowing what’s ready to arrive.

Throat Chakra Insight:
This is where truth finds voice. As you clear inner space, new desires and expressions begin to rise. Speaking from this center becomes not just communication, but creation.

Body Cue:
Notice the sensation in your throat or jaw. Imagine it as the bridge between your head and heart, allowing your authentic voice to flow freely.

Temporary Mantra:
Letting go is clearing space and inviting what’s ready to be welcomed and embraced.

Journal Reflection:
As you release what no longer serves, what do you want to make room for?
What parts of yourself or your experience still resonate?
What do you want to keep and carry forward?
What new experiences, expressions, or creations would you like to invite into your life?

Example:
Someone has started to release old doubts and fears that kept them from pursuing their passions. They notice parts of themselves that still feel true—like curiosity about new ideas, a sense of playfulness, or a wish to connect more deeply with others.

With this new space inside, they begin to welcome small, concrete possibilities: maybe dedicating 15 minutes a day to a creative project, reaching out to an old friend, or signing up for a local class or group.

Although there’s some hesitation, they remind themselves it’s safe to explore and that they don’t need to rush. They hold onto what still feels meaningful and invite new experiences and expressions that resonate with their current self.

This gentle opening brings a sense of relief and hope, like breathing fresh air into a space that’s been closed too long.

T — Trust

How to Use This Pillar:
This step reconnects you with your inner knowing. Even if you're still uncertain about next steps, there’s wisdom within you. Trust what feels steady. Name the truths you can return to when doubt arises.

Trust What You Know:
Tap into your inner wisdom and let it guide you with quiet confidence. Even when the path ahead feels uncertain, there’s a core truth within you that remains steady.

Third Eye Chakra Insight:
Beyond logic, there’s a quiet knowing — the pulse of your intuition. Even when the future feels blurry, this inner sight keeps you steady, guiding you from within.

Body Cue:
Gently massage the space between your eyebrows — your “third eye.” Notice any clarity or serenity as you breathe into and activate this center of insight.

Temporary Mantra:
I honor what I know for sure and step forward with quiet certainty.

Journal Reflection:
What do you know for sure in this moment?
What truths feel unshakable, no matter what?
Where is your line in the sand — the place you will no longer cross?
What subtle shift marks the turning point from who you were to who you’re becoming?

Example:
Someone feels a quiet sense of confidence in a few core truths about themselves—like deserving respect, kindness, or to be heard—no matter what’s happening around them.

They identify a clear boundary they won’t cross, such as refusing to accept dismissive or harmful behavior. Even though the next steps feel uncertain—whether in work, relationships, or life in general—they trust their intuition that clarity will come in time.

They notice a subtle but important shift within: moving from doubt or reaction toward more self-compassion and thoughtful choice.

Taking a moment to gently focus on their “third eye,” they connect with this inner knowing, allowing it to steady and guide them with quiet certainty, even when the future is still unclear.

Y — Yield

How to Use This Pillar:
Finally, practice softening your grip. Let go of urgency and allow life to unfold in its own time. Yielding isn’t passivity — it’s choosing to rest in trust, letting deeper truth emerge without force.

Yield to the Questions:
Surrender the need for control and let insight unfold in its own time. Embrace the mystery and trust that deeper wisdom will arise when it’s ready.

Crown Chakra Insight:
Here you meet the mystery. Yielding isn’t giving up; it’s opening to something beyond effort — a wisdom that moves through you, not just from you.

Body Cue:
Soften your whole body. Notice any areas holding tension and tell your mind it’s okay to release. Notice the areas already relaxed, as you sink gently into the natural flow of life.

Temporary Mantra:
Surrendering to life’s timing, I open to deeper truths unfolding in their own way.

Journal Reflection:
What questions are still present?
What uncertainty lingers?
Can you hold space for these mysteries without needing immediate answers?
What might the deeper truth be, beyond what you can currently imagine?

Example:
SSomeone has done a lot of reflecting but still feels unsure about what’s next. They notice the urge to figure everything out right now but choose instead to soften their grip and trust the process.

They hold these questions gently, like:

  • What if I’m meant to take a completely different path than I imagined?

  • How can I trust the unknown without feeling anxious?

  • When will the next chapter begin?

  • How do I stay open to change without losing my sense of self?

  • Could this uncertainty actually be a gift in disguise?

  • What if the answers don’t come in a way I expect?

  • How do I balance patience with taking action?

  • What if the career change I’m hoping for takes longer than I expect?

  • How can I stop worrying about disappointing my family?

  • When will I feel ready to start dating again?

  • What if the answers come in unexpected ways?

  • Am I willing to let go of trying to control every detail and just be present?

By holding space for these questions without rushing to answer them, they find a quiet peace and a growing trust that life will unfold when it’s ready.

Before You Begin: The C.L.A.R.I.T.Y. Process™ is here to support your personal reflection and inner awareness. While it can offer insight and meaningful shifts, it isn’t a substitute for professional mental health care. If intense or overwhelming emotions arise, consider reaching out to a licensed therapist or counselor who can support you more fully.

Integration & Closing Reflection

You’ve moved through a full arc — from claiming your experience to yielding to life’s unfolding. Now, give yourself a moment to pause, breathe, and honor what’s shifted. Trust that what is ready to release will often let go on its own, without force or effort. As your body, mind, and spirit absorb what is nourishing, allow your intuition to gently guide you toward what’s next.

Take a deep breath. Let the dust settle. Notice what feels most true right now.

Reflective Prompts for Integration:

You don’t need to answer them all. Choose 2–3 that speak to you, or take your time with all of them if you feel called. Follow your energy — not your obligation. This part is for you.

  • What is one self-care step I can take today to honor what came up?

  • What am I ready to loosen my grip on — even just a little?

  • As the hold softens, what new possibilities begin to emerge?

  • What insight from this process do I want to carry with me into the week (or month) ahead?

  • Is there a small action or ritual that could help anchor this insight into daily life?

  • Now that I’ve seen more clearly, what kind of support — internal or external — do I need?

  • Imagine it’s a few weeks from now, and this is resolved. What would you be enjoying, creating, or simply doing then?
Do a little of that now.

INTEGRATION MANTRA: I honor my wisdom and insight, moving forward at my own steady pace.
With quiet confidence, I trust the unfolding.
