ClearER GuidAnce

Tina Marie Conte is a highly trained and experienced coach, educator, facilitator, mentor, and consultant dedicated to helping individuals uncover clarity, strengthen resilience, and create sustainable change.

For more than 20 years, Tina Marie has supported clients, educators, leaders, caregivers, students, and professionals through seasons of growth, transition, challenge, and transformation. Her work is grounded in the belief that each person carries their own wisdom, strengths, and capacity for meaningful change — and that the right questions, support, and systems can help bring those qualities forward.

Tina Marie’s work blends instructional, transformative, holistic life, and executive function coaching into a personalized approach that meets each individual where they are. She helps people recognize their strengths, understand their thoughts and patterns, align their choices with their values and inner wisdom, and create supportive systems that make meaningful change more sustainable. By integrating mindset, self-awareness, practical strategies, and compassionate accountability, Tina Marie helps individuals move from insight to inspired action.

Her approach combines reflective inquiry with practical strategies for behavior change. Together with each individual, Tina Marie co-creates realistic systems, habits, and rituals that support less stress, greater clarity, and more sustainable ways of living and leading.

The foundation of her work was shaped by her own journey through anxiety, stress, and the search for healthier ways to navigate life’s demands. What began as a difficult chapter became an invitation into deeper self-study (svādhyāya in yoga) and personal transformation. Through meditation, yoga, mindfulness, and continued learning, Tina Marie discovered practices and perspectives that now inform her work with others.

Tina Marie holds degrees in Psychology and Education, is a graduate of the Leadership Academy, and has participated in Columbia University’s Literacy Institutes. She has completed extensive training through organizations including Omega Institute, Hay House, Sivananda Yoga Ashram, Evolving Wisdom, Peace Village, and is certified through the Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health.

Through The CLEARER Approach, Tina Marie brings together reflection, knowledge, compassion, and inspired action to help individuals understand themselves more deeply, honor where they are, and consciously create where they want to go next.

When she is not coaching, Tina Marie finds renewal through yoga, hiking in the forest, walking along the shoreline, and spending time with her beloved pit-niece.

Tina just has such an approachable way about her. If I ever have a question or situation, I know Tina is there to support me and give valuable guidance.”

“Tina has been one of the most fantastic and supportive supervisors I have had in any job. She is a huge reason that I love this work and has been consistently cheering me on from the very start. Tina approaches any challenges with a sense of genuine curiosity and asks amazing questions. When sticky situations come up, Tina is careful and slow in her approach and is great at reminding me to also take my time and to monitor my own responses and assumptions along the way. She has a great way of protecting the coach/client relationship and always looks out for ways to speak with parents from a strengths-based perspective. Tina is responsive, kind, prompt, and full of zest for life. She is a true gift in my life!”

“Awesome meeting. Tina really helps me in my consideration, I definitely have an open mind about all of this. Between what Tina taught and how people shared I had a couple of true revelations. I love the words that are spoken in these meetings.” ‍ ‍

Tina is smart, reliable, and knows her stuff. She is a great supervisor!”

Tina is great at asking questions that help me to think through how I want to approach situations and nurturing my confidence in coaching. She is always available for a quick chat and also happy to share her experiences and ideas when relevant and helpful. I always enjoy our conversation so much!”
