Facilitator Tina Marie brings a compassionate, grounded presence informed by her own transformative journey. What she once experienced as an emotional breakdown in her 20s—rooted in anxiety and a lack of coping skills—became a profound turning point that led her to svādhyāya, the yogic practice of self-study. This awakening continues to shape her approach today. Tina Marie has dedicated nearly three decades facilitating personal and professional growth for individuals and groups across all ages and stages. She draws from four complementary coaching modalities: blending instructional coaching to build on strengths and foster a growth mindset; transformative coaching to uncover emotional clarity and shift limiting beliefs; holistic life coaching to align with the heart’s intelligence and inner guidance; and executive function coaching to support organization, advocacy, self-regulation, and healthy boundaries. Her work integrates intuitive insight with practical tools and the iMentor Method™, creating a safe, empowering space for participants to reconnect with their true nature and move forward knowing clarity and real confidence.
