Tina Marie Conte is dedicated to helping individuals and organizations lead with greater clarity, resilience, and sustainability.
With degrees in Psychology and Education, advanced training in educational leadership, and as a graduate of the Leadership Academy, her more than 20 years of transformative work integrates lighthearted and sustainable approaches to leadership, growth, and well-being.
Her career began as a classroom teacher and quickly expanded into roles as a staff developer and educational consultant supporting building and teacher leaders across school systems throughout New York and Long Island. She has also worked internationally as a remote coach, supervisor to coaches, and mentor to educators, facilitating professional development in mindfulness, emotional intelligence, social-emotional learning, work-life harmony, difficult conversations, and burnout reduction.
Alongside her leadership work, she has trained extensively in yoga and holds additional certifications in transformative, holistic, and reflective practices that support self-advocacy and accountability. This training informs her understanding of how internal states—such as stress, attention, executive function (including cognitive flexibility and organization), and emotional regulation—influence leadership capacity and decision-making.
Tina Marie’s approach is grounded in both professional experience and lived insight. Early in her career, she experienced the depleting impact of chronic stress and burnout within institutional systems, which led her into deeper svādhyāya (yoga self-study), resulting in the development of more sustainable ways of working and leading. This integration now forms the foundation of her work, with the CLEAR Framework serving as a guide. The framework is both contemplative and practical, helping individuals cultivate greater clarity, steadfastness, and alignment in how they think, lead, and support their well-being.

“Tina just has such an approachable way about her. If I ever have a question or situation, I know Tina is there to support me and give valuable guidance.”
“Tina has been one of the most fantastic and supportive supervisors I have had in any job. She is a huge reason that I love this work and has been consistently cheering me on from the very start. Tina approaches any challenges with a sense of genuine curiosity and asks amazing questions. When sticky situations come up, Tina is careful and slow in her approach and is great at reminding me to also take my time and to monitor my own responses and assumptions along the way. She has a great way of protecting the coach/client relationship and always looks out for ways to speak with parents from a strengths-based perspective. Tina is responsive, kind, prompt, and full of zest for life. She is a true gift in my life!”
“Awesome meeting. Tina really helps me in my consideration, I definitely have an open mind about all of this. Between what Tina taught and how people shared I had a couple of true revelations. I love the words that are spoken in these meetings.”
“Tina is smart, reliable, and knows her stuff. She is a great supervisor!”
“Tina is great at asking questions that help me to think through how I want to approach situations and nurturing my confidence in coaching. She is always available for a quick chat and also happy to share her experiences and ideas when relevant and helpful. I always enjoy our conversation so much!”
